This is the advanced level program specifically designed to promote your fitness to the next level. It is integrated with intense workout sessions aimed at participants who are already into fitness and have bodies that can easily indulge in sweaty workouts. The program includes cardio workouts that will burn fat in the body and strength-inducing exercises to help the body gain muscles.
