Prepare to strengthen your body and relax your mind with this hybrid Yin and Tone - Fusion Yoga. We begin each class by mastering breathwork, which acts as a connection between the mind and body, and then we'll progressively work towards working up a sweat, before diving deep into some blissful yin stretches that target the shoulders, hips and hamstrings.
