Program Description:
This pack will have sessions with a mix of low-medium level intensity. In this pack, we run through the body major muscle and joint groups. The focus will be on hamstrings, hips, back, core, breath awareness, and alignment. This all-rounded fitness pack for all levels can break you a sweat, and completely relax you - it's all about the holistic balance. So have fun with it and make it your own. No pre-requisites for this course, come as you are - you just need your smiling self and a yoga mat.
