Program Description:

Join us for a 30 mins KIDS yoga class that uses story-telling to teach yoga. Introducing yoga at an early age can enhance your child’s flexibility, strength, and coordination while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem. Each of the 10 classes is progressively centered around a theme such as focus, calm, self-compassion, growth mindset, and emotional intelligence. Most importantly, it will give your child a chance to learn how to move their bodies and remove stagnant energy while sliding into their imaginations and having fun!
